Data Center Manager

| Marion, Iowa


The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily work functions for a high security data center.  The manager will be accountable for ensuring the data center operations meet the functionality and reliability to meet customer Service Level Agreements and expectations. The qualified candidate will work with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors.

Sales Engineer

| Duluth/Minneapolis, Minnesota


Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Minneapolis/Duluth region. The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the  regional  sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center and managed services offerings in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.


Data Center Specialist

|  Boise, Idaho

The Data Center Specialist is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within the Data Center (excluding Power), acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect the Data Center’s ability to operate. Additionally, the Data Center Specialist will assess and consider daily 1) the security of Involta’s assets, 2) the security of Customer’s assets, and 3) the safety of employees and customers. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.

NOC Specialist

|  Duluth, Minnesota

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.  

 
 

Data Center Specialist Internship

| Akron, Ohio

This internship offers facility and technical work experience of a Tier III concurrently maintainable data center. This is a great hands-on experience for those who are technically focused in their education courses, have exceptional customer service skills and are highly dependable.

 

NOC Specialist

|  Akron, Ohio

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.  

 

The Specialist role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members.  A Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

 

This position is location in Akron, Ohio.  The hours are to be determined.  (after hour support/including weekends)
