Data Center Manager

| Marion, Iowa

The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the daily work functions for a high security data center.  The manager will be accountable for ensuring the data center operations meet the functionality and reliability to meet customer Service Level Agreements and expectations. The qualified candidate will work with all organizational levels and groups, as well as external vendors.

Network Engineer

|  Boise, Idaho

The Network Engineer is responsible for Network Infrastructure, Security and VPN configruation for client networks.  Further responsibilities include, design and implementation of projects, monitoring LAN/WAN network devices and helping ensure an optimized and stable network infrastructure.

NOC Specialist

|  Akron, Ohio

The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks.  The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians. 

The Specialist role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members.  A Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.

This position is location in Akron, Ohio.  The hours are to be determined.  (after hour support/including weekends)

The System Storage Engineer will be responsible for architecture, deployment and issue resolution or enterprise storage solutions and backup solutions.

|  Duluth, MN

The Operation Administrative Assistant provides office management, facilities coordination and receptionist duties.

 The System Storage Engineer will be responsible for architecture, deployment and issue resolution or enterprise storage solutions and backup solutions.

Regional Sales Director

|  Boise, ID

 Reports to:  Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Controller

|  Cedar Rapids, IA

 Controller will be responsible for maintaining the Company's financial related information and activities, as well as financial reviews and cash management as deemed necessary by the Company.  Reporting to the CFO, this individual will drive financial issues, as well as participate in the overall financial management of the Company's business. The Controller will maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
