Sales Engineer

Involta is currently seeking a talented and energetic Sales Engineer to support the sales efforts for the Minneapolis/Duluth region. The Sales Engineer will work as a member of the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to the sales process, influence client solutions and position Involta services that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role you will work with the  regional  sales and operation teams to supplement their expertise in data center and managed services offerings in order to gain technical acceptance from the client and drive sales revenue.

Account Manager

Responsible for selling of Involta products and services within an assigned geographic region. Work to meet planned goals and objectives.Able to consistently qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue. Consistently builds an effective pipeline and executes on each phase of the sales process. Articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process. This position will be responsible for sales into the Boise Datacenter.

Manager of Technical Services

|  Boise, ID

The Manager of Technical Services is responsible for customer satisfaction, and technical infrastructure as it relates to Involta's Managed Services offering. Further responsibilities include, managing diverse groups of people across multiple technical disciplines including systems, network and telephony. Employee development and customer interface are the important duties of this position. The Manager’s role is considered an escalation path for urgent customer and internal issues. This role is responsible for the operational health of customer relationships in a given market. The Manager of Technical Services works as part of the local team and manages to the profit and loss statement.

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintenance and security of standard operating systems and server platforms.

Cloud Architect

Cloud Architect is responsible for evaluating and managing cross-functional requirements and interfaces; ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with established Enterprise Architecture Framework; develop systems concepts, requirements, specifications, systems architecture and design documentation. Need the ability to implement and troubleshoot system changes and modifications.

Vice President of IT Business Architecture

The VP of IT Business Architecture primarily focuses on the business processes, business operations and business analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together.

Systems/Network Specialist - Internship

The Specialist Intern will be responsible for entry level trouble shooting while focusing on learning the ins and outs of Involta. The Internship role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members. A Specialist will be asked to assist in creating documentation and maintaining that documentation through the change process.
