NOC Specialist |
The NOC Specialist will use available tools to monitor the stability of client and internal networks. The specialist will react to alerts and events according to documented processes, which will include actions such as contacting the customer, troubleshooting the issue, and/or escalating to higher level technicians.
The Specialist role is an entry level position with primary responsibilities including managing a ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate team members. A Specialist will be asked to create documentation and maintain that documentation through the change process.
This position is available in 12 hour shifts only. The shifts are 7:00pm to 7:00am, and 7:00am to 7:00pm 36 to 48 hours a week with a "3 on/4 off", "4 on/3 off" rotation. There will be a multi week training period that would require working from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday until the training has been completed. This position requires that you are available to work any of the 12 hour shifts.
